Taxi drivers travelling across Greater Sydney now need to wear a mask at all times. Together with hand hygiene, physical distancing and getting tested even with the mildest symptoms we can stop the spread. Some exemptions apply, learn more at nsw.gov.au

We value the safety of our customers and staff and have put in place measures in accordance with current Australian Government health warnings. This includes:

• Regular communication with our drivers - providing them with information and instructions for best practise health and hygiene to protect against the COVID19. This includes regular vehicle cleaning and sanitization.

• Drivers who are feeling unwell or believe they may have been exposed to COVID19 are required to stop driving, advise the General Manager ITN immediately and seek medical attention.

We ask passengers to treat our drivers with respect and if you may have been at risk of contracting COVID19 please let our drivers know so they can take extra precautions.

We would ask passengers to travel in the rear of vehicles where possible to protect both the driver and them from potentially spreading the virus.

Health NSW advises that all Australians are required to stay home unless it is absolutely necessary to go outside, but that does not mean you have to miss out on essential items or those little treats. ITN Taxis can pick up and deliver items to your door 24/7:-

• $10 set fee for deliveries within 5km radius

• $15 set fee for deliveries between 5-8km radius

• Over 8km will be based on the metered fee, with prices quoted at the time of booking.

These prices are based on one pickup point and one delivery point within the 5-8km radius

For multiple pickup points, additional fees may apply.
